The UTSCH was not only the fist to introduce the stamping arrays manufactured with molded plastic in the beginning of the 70'ths, but also improved and influenced all generations of future tools.
The red stamping arrays "Euro" perfectly adapt to the new kind of letter, that provides more security against falsification. At the same time, it's structure was optimized. A stainless steel support extremely solid matches the superior and inferior parts. A integrated plastic spring safely locks the blank of the plate in the position. And thanks to it's size and weight, the units are easier to handle.

Made of a special plastic, the UTSCH stamping arrays do not require maintenance and assure a long operational useful life. Because of the special shapes of the reliefs shadows, any damage to the reflective layer is prevented and at the same time, where are obtained the precise contours of the characters with a relatively low pressure.
These tools are developed for plates with 1 to 1,5 millimeters of thickness.
Stamping Accessories:
The stamping equipment includes compatible supports with the stamping arrays and contemplates the CE security standards. The stamping arrays are fixed on it's bases specially developed from PPN manufactured plates by collocating it against a steel track integrated on the base and pressing the fixation spheres on the supplied groove. If necessary, the tools can be adjusted on the sides.
Points, spacers and blank parts are included in every kit of stamping arrays in way to obtain the spaces and details demanded for the legislation.
As the UTSCH stamping arrays are designed for vehicular plates comprehending both, one and two lines, a Pertinax border is insert when the stamping has just one line, in way to prevent deformations on the superior margin of the plate.
The blanks of single line are insert by the top and those with double line are insert by the sides.
